In order to interpret the subtleties of the ragas while retaining his guitar technique, Marc Liebeskind conceived and developed a unique instrument: the Sit-Guitar, a sixteen-string acoustic guitar featuring sympathetic strings inspired by the sitar. This instrument, designed after several years of research, allows him to create an original musical language that blends Western techniques with the Hindustani tradition.
